Interested in NWCJ? Before you go any further, read the NWCJ FAQ/Info Packet, created in late July of 1999. NWCJ is not for everybody. This FAQ explains why. We at NWCJ anticipate the roster to fill very quickly and remain at capacity for the duration of the federation's existence. That being said, we are a Japanese federation, and our priority is having a roster filled with Japanese talent. In other words, if your character is Asian in nationality, your application has a greater chance of being accepted! Do not let this deter you from creating a Western character, no truly talented handler will ever be turned away, but Asian origin can only benefit the processing of your application!
